Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Law:

- Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract,
- Where processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,
- Where the processing of personal data is explicitly required by applicable laws.
On these legal grounds, we may obtain, record, store, process, classify, update, and transfer your personal data to third parties within or outside the country, in accordance with the GDPR and the principles set out in this Information Notice.
Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties
As the Data Controller, we may transfer your personal data:
- When receiving services from third-party companies in order to continue our commercial activities,
- When carrying out promotions, reminders, announcements, and notifications regarding our products, services, special offers, and campaigns through bulk e-mail, SMS messages, or phone calls,
- When fulfilling information requests from Public Institutions or Authorities that are legally authorized to request your personal data, as well as other relevant Institutions and Organizations,

Your Rights as a Data Subject

- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons for processing no longer apply,
- To request that the correction or deletion of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Submitting Your Requests to Us
As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding the processing of your personal data and your rights specified under the GDPR and this Information Notice through our communication channels below. Requests concerning your rights under the GDPR must be submitted to us in writing via these communication channels. As the Data Controller, we will respond to your requests within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 12 and 15 of the GDPR (while reserving the right to charge a fee if the process requires additional costs).
